The staff here pay attention to detail and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a larger room, and their service extended beyond expectations when they fixed a hole in my shorts and provided an early breakfast on my last morning, all free of charge. The location is perfect, being very close to the bus station and situated in a quiet area of the city. With a motorbike rental available, exploring the city was a breeze, and the rooms offered stunning views.
All was fine with my stay.

The rooms were really spacious and clean, and some of them had amazing views! We also really appreciated the kind and helpful host who made us welcome drinks upon arrival and provided us with basic toiletries. Plus, the convenience stores nearby came in handy for stocking up on essentials.
The location was a bit out of the way and not very vibrant, which made walking around in the evening feel a bit sketchy. , while the coffee and tea that the hotel provided were nice, finding breakfast nearby was a bit of a challenge.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. They had hot tea and fresh fruit upon our arrival and were quick to accommodate any requests we had. the hotel offered a scooter rental service which was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the location was also great, with easy access to a nearby bus station and a short walk to the city center.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. We also noticed that the balconies could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

This is a great advantage for travelers looking for seamless transportation options. Another positive aspect is the attentive staff who provided a warm welcome, offering tea and fruit upon arrival. Their friendly and helpful demeanor adds a personal touch to the stay. Additionally, the rooms offer good value for money, with spacious interiors and beautiful mountain views. This hotel truly understands the importance of providing basic amenities and ensuring guests have a comfortable experience.
The only minor issue encountered was a bathroom in need of updating, such as a non-functional extractor fan and a slight odor from the drain. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable and satisfactory.
